MINIMUM GUARANTEED PROFIT : FOCO MODEL

INVESTMENT

The Pizza ATM and the entire Retail Outlet will be setup by the Company and all the Machines, fixtures and furniture in the Outlet will be the property of the Franchise. The Model of operation will be FOCO i.e. Franchise Owned, Company Operated. All the operations at the Pizza ATM Outlet will be solely handled by the Company. The Franchise Fee for this model will be Rs 9.90 lakhs + GST. This includes all costs whatsoever required in setting up the Pizza ATM Outlet.

• Minimum Guaranteed Return Per Month Rs 35,000
• Average UF Profit per Annum Rs 4,20,000
• Average UF Profit in 5 Years Rs 21,00,000

MINIMUM GUARANTEED PROFIT

The Pizza ATM machine and all other Furniture and Fixtures at the Outlet will be transferred to the owner, i.e. the Franchise, after the completion of the Franchise tenure of 5 years. The arrangement of Minimum Guarantee can also be extended further with mutual consent.
